SPECIALTY CLASSES

These curated classes provide students explorative and exciting spaces where they can learn and practise skills beyond what standard courses offer at shcools.

Girls Co-operative

This initiative was designed for excelling female students to come together in order to examine injustices that exist in the world through the intersectional lens. Through research, annotations, essay writing, presentations, and discussions, this gathering engages young women to think critically and practically about complicated, global issues. The program’s goal is to empower girls to not only identify problems but also develop actionable items for resolution. It offers a constructive environment for young women to connect with others like themselves and find inspiration in each other. Contact us to find out more.

Book Club

Students these days confess that sitting down to read a novel is tedious and unengaging. They often feel that it is not as exciting as grabbing a smartphone that facilitates instantly gratifying stimulation and connection. This makes literature consumption a challenge but when a student is invited to read as an integral part of a collective, the experience becomes something else. We’ve handpicked a selection of classics and contemporary pieces that will help shape, strengthen, and inspire young minds. We have different groups for different age cohorts. Consult with us today to find out more.

Research & Design

When confined only to classrooms, Maths, Calculus, and Physics can feel monotnous, cursory, and lack real-life context. In this class, students learn first-hand what it means to apply the scientific method through research and design. They come to associate hands-on experiences to the academic faculty of engineering for their future in applied sciences. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to adopt a new and improved perspective to ask why and how things in the world around them work the way they do and be armed with the knowledge to find the answers.
